Fan Shroud: Service and Repair
Removal Procedure1. Remove the radiator upper support.
2. Raise the vehicle and support.
3. Disconnect the fan motor electrical connectors.
4. Remove the electrical connectors and harness from the fan shroud.
5. Remove the fan shroud:
^ Move the fan shroud in a upward direction in order to clear the four retaining tabs on the radiator.
^ Remove the fan shroud from the four retaining tabs on the radiator.
^ Move the fan shroud in a downward direction in order to remove it from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the fan shroud to the four retaining tabs on the radiator.
2. Install the fan motor electrical connectors.
3. Install the fan motor electrical connectors and harness to the fan shrouds.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Install the radiator upper support.
