Removal Procedure
1. Raise the vehicle. Support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the oil pan, filter, and the seal. Refer to AT Fluid/Filter Changing.





3. Remove the reverse oil pipe.





4. Remove the back-up ring seal.
5. Remove the reverse pipe to case O-ring.





6. Remove the low and reverse cup plug assembly. Use the screw extractor.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the low and reverse cup plug assembly.





2. Install the reverse pipe to case O-ring.
3. Install the new back up ring seal.





4. Install the reverse oil pipe.
5. Install the oil pan filter and the seal. Refer to AT Fluid/Filter Changing
6. Install the oil pan and the gasket.
7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Inspect the transmission oil level.
