Functional Check - Steering Column Lock - Tilt Column

- Test for one of the following conditions inside of the insulation:
- A broken wire
- A partially broken wire A partially broken wire may have the following effects:
- Cause a system failure
- Prove good in a continuity test
- Prove good in a voltage test
- Test for the proper installation of the aftermarket electronic equipment that may affect the integrity of the other systems.
