Air Distributor Duct Replacement

You must remove portions of the Instrument Panel assembly in order to gain access to the air distribution ducts as required.

Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the accessory trim plate.
3. Remove the air distribution duct.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the air distribution duct.
2. Install the accessory trim plate.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Connect the negative battery cable.

Tighten
Tighten the negative battery cable bolt to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).
