Engine Oil Dip Stick - Dip Stick Tube: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Remove the oil level indicator.
2. Remove the oil fill tube bolt.
3. Remove the oil fill tube.
4. Remove the oil fill tube seal.


INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





1. Install the oil fill tube seal.
^ Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the oil level indicator.
