Vacuum Brake Booster Check Valve Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Disconnect the vacuum hose (2) from the check valve (1).
2. Remove the vacuum check valve (1).
3. Remove the grommet from the brake booster.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Lubricate the following components with a thin layer of silicone grease:
^ The outside diameter of the grommet
^ The inside diameter of the grommet
2. Install the grommet.
3. Install the vacuum check valve (1).
4. Connect the vacuum hose (2) to the check valve (1).
