Door Glass Rattle (Install Insulator)

Condition
Some customers may comment that the door glass rattles in the full down position when closing the door.
Cause
This condition may be due to the glass rattling against the regulator pulley and cable guide.
Correction
1. Remove trim pad.
2. Clean cable guide and roller with general purpose cleaner. See Figure 1.
3. Install a piece of hook and loop material (loop side) to the center of the roller and also to the front or rear green color cable guide. See Figure 1.
4. Reinstall trim pad.
