Canister Purge Solenoid: Service and Repair

Description:

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the left fuel rail cover.
2. Disconnect the EVAP Purge Solenoid electrical connector.
3. Disconnect the hoses from the solenoid valve.
4. Remove the EVAP purge solenoid from the bracket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the hoses to the EVAP purge solenoid valve.
2. Install the EVAP purge solenoid valve to the bracket.
3. Connect the electrical connector to the EVAP purge solenoid valve.
4. Install the left fuel rail cover.
