Turn Signal Lights Flash Very Slowly

LOOSE CHASSIS TO COLUMN CONNECTOR.
^ Inspect components.
^ Replace/replace components as needed.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM/FLASHER UNIT PROBLEM.
^ Diagnose electrical circut and/or replace flasher unit.
THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH IS FAULTY.
^ Check by substitution.
1. Disconnect the switch to the harness connector (below column).
2. Connect a new switch and operate by hand.
3. If lights now operate normally, switch is faulty.
4. If lights fail to operate, repair or replace as needed.
