Delphi Harrison is working on plans to ensure that our customers will have a premium A/C system. However, to root cause issues and implement quality efforts, certain diagnostic information must be taken prior to compressor replacement. This type of information will help improve component analysis, diagnostic tree information and system interaction. To assist in improved diagnostics with these systems, contact the following locations prior to compressor removal and complete the service information form.
Important:
These locations will assign a Technical Assistance case/file number for vehicle and part tracking.
TAN case number must be requested.

Make a copy of the pre-D4440 Service Information Form. Complete the form and return with part.
Also, if possible, attach a copy of the pre-D4440 Service Information Form to the warranty repair order. These A/C compressors are not on restriction, but there will be 100% warranty return from March 1, 1997 to October 30, 1997.
