Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement, RH Front

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement (RH): Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the RH lower trim panel.
2. Remove the lower half of the floor air outlet duct.
Using a flat bladed screwdriver or similar tool, release the retaining tabs, then remove the lower duct.

Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement (RH): Removal Procedure:

3. Remove the floor air outlet duct retaining screws.
4. Remove the floor duct, upper half.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement (RH): Installtion Procedure:

1. Install the floor air outlet duct, upper half, into position.
2. Install the floor air outlet duct retaining screws.

Tighten
Tighten the floor air outlet duct retaining screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in General Information.

Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement (RH): Installtion Procedure:

3. Install the floor air outlet duct, lower half. Align the retaining tabs and snap into place.
4. Install the RH lower trim panel.
