Clearcoat Application, Polyurethane Enamel

NOTE: Polypropylene service parts must be primed with a coating of special polypropylene primer according to the factory recommendations. Failure to use the required primer as directed will result in color coat lift/peeling problems. Use polypropylene Primer GM P/N 10522364 or equivalent.

1. Add catalyst and reduced materials per manufactures instructions.
2. Mix thoroughly.
3. Spray at recommended gun pressure.
^ Apply recommended number of coats.
^ Allow proper flash time between coats.
^ Cover the entire panel whenever possible.
^ When there are no breaklines, blend the spray within the adhesion promoter area.
4. Clean the spray equipment immediately after use.
5. Cure the paint repair per manufactures instructions.
