Plenum Panel Screens: Removal Procedure:

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

NOTE: When removing the air inlet screen do not lift the screen straight up. Lift the front of the screen slightly while sliding the screen out from under the windshield. Failure to follow this procedure may cause damage to the screen or the windshield.

1. Open the Hood.
2. Remove the plenum to hood seal.
3. Remove the wiper arms.

4. Remove the push-in retainers from the engine edge of the screen.

5. Slide the screen down and out from under the edge of the windshield.
6. Disconnect the washer hoses from the bottom side of the screen.
7. Remove the air inlet screen.

Plenum Panel Screen: Installation Procedure:

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the air inlet screen to the opening.
2. Install the windshield washer hoses to the under side of the screen.

Plenum Panel Screen: Installation Procedure:

3. Install the screen by engaging the screen clips under the edge of the windshield.
4. Secure the engine side of the screen with the push-in retainers.
5. Install the wiper arms.
6. Install the plenum to hood seal.
7. Close the hood.
