Wiper Blade Assembly Replacement

Remove or Disconnect
1. If wiper arm assemblies have not been removed, lift wiper arm assembly until it locks into service-up position.
IMPORTANT
- Use care when removing or installing a blade assembly (8). Inadvertent bumping can cause the wiper arm assembly (6) to toggle back and strike the windshield.
2. Wiper blade assembly (8) from wiper arm assembly (6).
A. Squeeze the ends of the wiper blade assembly clip (J) together and remove wiper blade assembly (8) from inside radius of wiper arm assembly (6).
B. Bring wiper arm assembly (6) out through opening in wiper blade assembly (8).

Install or Connect
1. Wiper blade assembly (8) on wiper arm assembly (6).
2. Carefully lower wiper arm and blade assembly onto windshield.
3. Operate wipers and check for proper operation.
