Replacement

REMOVAL
1. Hold down bolts/screws and air box cover (Ram Air Package).
2. Air filter (Ram Air Package).
3. Air intake duct and air cleaner.
4. Electrical connector from air temperature sensor (Ram Air Package).
5. Vent hose clamp and vent hose from lower air box (Ram Air Package).
6. Clamp attaching rubber shoulder from lower air box to mass air flow sensor (Ram Air Package).
7. Bolt/screw attaching lower air box to radiator support (Ram Air Package).
8. Lower air box from vehicle (Ram Air Package).
9. Raise and suitably support vehicle.
10. Drain engine coolant.
11. Electrical connectors at electric engine coolant fans.
12. Radiator upper mounting panel (48).
13. Electric engine coolant fans.
14. Transmission oil cooler lines. See Transmission and Drivetrain.
15. Coolant level indicator module, if equipped.
16. Lower vehicle.
17. Loosen receiver dehydrator bracket, if required.
18. Lower radiator hose at water pump.
19. Upper radiator hose.
20. Overflow tube.
21. Radiator from condenser.
22. Radiator (18).

INSTALLATION
1. Radiator (18). Make sure radiator is seated on radiator insulators (42 and 43).
2. Radiator to condenser.
3. Overflow tube.
4. Upper radiator hose.
5. Lower radiator hose to water pump.
6. Tighten receiver dehydrator bracket, if required.
7. Raise and suitably support vehicle.
8. Coolant level indicator module, if equipped.
9. Transmission oil cooler lines. See Transmission and Drivetrain.
10. Electric engine coolant fans.
11. Radiator upper mounting panel (48). Tighten radiator upper panel mounting (48) bolts/screws to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).
12. Electrical connectors to electric engine coolant fans.
13. Add engine coolant.
14. Lower vehicle.
15. Lower air box to vehicle (Ram Air Package).
16. Bolt/screw attaching lower air box to vehicle (Ram Air Package).
17. Clamp attaching rubber shoulder from lower air box to mass air flow sensor (Ram Air Package).
18. Vent hose and vent hose clamp to lower air box (Ram Air Package).
19. Electrical connector to air temperature sensor (Ram Air Package).
20. Air cleaner and air intake duct.
21. Air filter (Ram Air Package).
22. Air box cover and hold down bolts/screws (Ram Air Package). Inspect for leaks, after running engine until normal operating temperature is reached.
