A battery has two ratings: (1) a reserve capacity (RC) rating and (2) a cold cranking amperage (CCA) rating at -18°C (O°F). When replacing the battery, use these two ratings as a guide in selecting a replacement. For the catalog number of a replacement battery with ratings similar to the original battery, refer to "Battery Usage Chart" under "Specifications".
