Canister Purge Solenoid: Service and Repair

EVAP Vacuum Switch:






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Disconnect the electrical connector and hoses from the EVAP Canister Purge Solenoid. Bend the tab on the mounting bracket and remove the EVAP Canister Purge Solenoid.


INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Position the EVAP Canister Purge Solenoid on the mounting bracket.
2. Connect the hoses and electrical connector to the EVAP Canister Purge solenoid.
