Center Mounted Brake Lamp: Service and Repair

Remove or Disconnect
1. High mount stoplamp bolts/screws (11) from stoplamp (10).
2. High mount stoplamp (10) from rear end spoiler (13).
3. High mount stoplamp nuts (12), if necessary.
4. Electrical connectors from sockets.
5. Bulbs and sockets from stoplamp (10).
6. Bulbs from sockets.

Install or Connect

NOTICE: Refer to Service Precautions / Vehicle Damage Warnings / Fastener Requirements.

1. Bulbs to sockets.
2. Bulbs and sockets to stoplamp (10).
3. Electrical connector to sockets.
4. High mount stoplamp nuts (12), if removed.
5. High mount stoplamp (10) to rear end spoiler (13).
6. High mount bolts/screws (11) to stoplamp (10).
Tighten
^ Bolts/screws (11) to 1.7 Nm (15 lb in).
