Security Lamp/Indicator: Service and Repair

Security Indicator Lamp:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

CAUTION: Refer to " Battery / Service Precautions"

1. Battery negative cable.
2. I/P upper trim panel.
3. Indicator lamp (11) from upper trim panel.
4. Electrical connector from lamp (11).

Important: The security indicator lamp is a light emitting diode. Do not test the security indicator lamp using 12 volts or a test light. Use only a digital voltmeter on the diode scale, or damage to the lamp will occur.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Electrical connector to lamp (11).
2. Indicator lamp (11) to upper trim panel.
3. I/P upper trim panel.
4. Battery negative cable.
