AIR Check Valve and Pipes Replacement

Removal Procedure

Notice: Numbers in text correspond to component numbers in image.

1. Remove the check valve clamp.
2. Disconnect the AIR hose from the check valve (2).
3. Disconnect the left check valve pipe.
4. Unscrew the check valve (2) from the AIR pipe

Installation Procedure

1. Screw check valve (2) onto AIR pipe. Tighten the Check valve to the AIR pipe 23 Nm (17 lb ft).
2. AIR pipe to the exhaust manifold.
3. Install the AIR hose to the check valve (2).
4. Install the check valve clamp.
