USING THE DIAGNOSTIC CHARTS
All of the diagnostic charts are symptom driven since no specific code (except DTC 12) can solely identify a system fault.

IMPORTANT:

^ Always refer to the PKE diagnostic system check chart first (except for "Transmitter Cannot Be Programmed" and "Transmitter Has No Hatch Release Function") when diagnosing the passive keyless entry system.
