Oil Feed Pipes & Gaskets Replace

Fig.9 Oil Feed Pipe Assembly:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support vehicle.
3. Remove transaxle lower oil pan and filter assembly.
4. Remove four bolts attaching oil feed pipe assembly to transaxle, Fig. 9.
5. Remove oil feed pipe assembly with eight seals.
6. Reverse procedure, noting the following:
a. Inspect pipes for plugged passages, bends or cracks.
b. Inspect seal rings and replace if cut, swelled or damaged.
c. Replace oil pan gasket if damaged.
d. Tighten bolts to specifications.
