Air Injection Manifold: Service and Repair

AIR System - Left Side Pipe Assembly:

AIR System - Left Side Check Valves:

Cross Pipe Assembly:

REMOVAL

1. Remove hose clamps and disconnect air supply hose from "Tee" pipe between check valves.
2. Loosen hose clamps on connector hoses at each check valve.
3. Slide connector hoses together and remove "Tee" pipe.
4. Using two wrenches, unscrew check valves from air injection manifolds.

INSTALLATION

Install in reverse order of removal. Tighten check valves onto air injection manifolds to approximately 19 Nm (14 lb ft).
