I/P CLUSTER TRIM BEZEL "ITCHING" AND "ETCHING"
(REPLACE CLUSTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY)
MODELS:
1993-94 CHEVROLET CAMARO
CONDITION:
Some customers may comment on a "itching" type noise from the instrument panel cluster trim bezel and/or an "etching" condition at the same location.
NOTE:
Itching - Short squeaking; plastic on plastic noise. Etching - Marks on/in finished surfaces.
CORRECTION:
Replace I/P cluster trim panel assembly with a new one, P/N 16754491.
1. Follow instructions in the 1994 Service Manual, Section 80.
