ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT SLIP/NOISE (REPLACE TENSIONER)

MODELS:
1993 CHEVROLET CAMARO
1993 PONTIAC FIREBIRD WITH 5.7L ENGINE (VIN P - RPO LT1)

CONDITION:
Some owners may comment about an accessory drive belt slip/noise condition.

CAUSE:
The accessory drive belt tensioner may not be applying enough force to the accessory drive belt.

CORRECTION:
Replace the tensioner with the tensioner released for the 1994 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird (F Car), P/N 10238703.
