This bulletin is being revised to cancel the exchange program.

Previous publication number was: Pontiac 93-7-26

This bulletin announces the end of the Exchange

Program for the Borg Warner T56, 6-speed

transmission for the F-Car.

As soon as essential T56 service tools are delivered

to your dealership, unit repair service will be

available on the T56.

Note:
For all U.S. dealers. The essential tools sent to you will NOT include all tools pictured in the "Special Tools" section located at the end of Section "7B". Note by the different asterisks what tools are essential, since they will be automatically shipped to your dealership, and the balance of the shown tools are either existing or available for additional purchase.

Refer to your parts catalog to order the necessary transmission parts from General Motors Service Parts Operations (GMSPO).
