This condition, at idle, indicates abnormally high Carbon Monoxide while the Hydrocarbons remain normal or low.
POSSIBLE CAUSE ACTION
Rich Air-Fuel mixture Check Air/Fuel ratio
inspect pressure regulator operation,
(check vacuum line and return hose),
check fuel pressure.
