THIS BULLETIN CANCELS AND SUPERSEDES DEALER SERVICE BULLETIN NO. 90-66-10, DATED OCT. 1989. THE 1991 AND 1992 MODEL YEARS HAVE BEEN ADDED AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL SEAT OPTIONS. ALL COPIES OF 90-66-10 SHOULD BE DISCARDED.

THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO 1990-92 W-CARS WITH AR9, AM6, AN3 OR AQ9 SEAT OPTIONS.





Seat back rattle or chucking may be repaired by installing two (2) wavy washers, P/N 17967750, and one flat washen P/N 17967025 as described and illustrated. This repair should be applied to both passenger and drivers seat.

Parts are currently available from GMSPO.

1. Remove front seat back as described in Section 10 of the Service Manual.

2. Install one flat and two wavy washers as Illustrated.

3. Reinstall seat back and torque all bolts to specified values as called for in the Service Manual, Section 10.
