INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Heater core straps and screws, after positioning heater core.
^ Tighten screws to 1.4 Nm (12 lb in).
2. Heater core cover and screws.
^ Tighten screws to 1.4 Nm (12 lb in).
3. Through radio opening, position cover under retention clips.
4. Radio.
5. Floor outlet and screws; verify proper engagement to rear floor air outlet.
^ Tighten screws to 1.4 Nm (12 lb in).
6. Raise vehicle.
7. Heater hoses to heater core.
8. Lower vehicle.
9. Fill cooling system.
10. Enable the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system, refer to Enabling the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) System. Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming
