Notice: Do not leave 1.5 volt battery connected for more than one second. Prolonged connection could damage a Speaker.

1. Disconnect suspect Speaker connector and connect a known good 1.5 volt battery across the Speaker terminals.
^ If Speaker "pops", go to Table 2.
^ If Speaker does not "pop", replace defective speaker.
2. Measure impedance.
