Air Distribution Duct Replacement

AIR DISTRIBUTOR DUCT





NOTICE: Perform console trim plate removal, accessory trim plate removal, LH and RH lower trim panel removal, LH and center air outlet deflector removal, upper I/P trim pad removal and headlamp switch removal.


Remove or Disconnect
1. Side window defogger outlet duct - LH and retainer.
2. Window defogger outlet duct - RH and retainer,
3. Side window defog outlet duct from air distributor duct bayonet connector.
4. Screws from air distributor duct to instrument panel.
5. Instrument panel.
6. Side window defog outlet duct from distributor housing nuts.


Install or Connect
1. Air distributor duct from distributor housing nuts.
2. Instrument panel.
3. Air distributor duct to I/P.
4, Side window defog outlet duct to A/C distributor duct bayonet connector.
5. Side window defogger outlet duct - RH and retainer.
6. Side window defogger outlet duet - LH.
