This revises information under "Install or Connect Intake Manifold" found on page 6A1-5 of the 1984-1989-Corvette Service Manuals.

When installing intake manifold gaskets on the cylinder heads, the coolant passage restrictors (blocked openings) should be positioned at the rear of the engine with the tabs on the intake manifold gaskets being positioned at the front of the engine.
