The intake manifold plenum/runner bolt torque specification has been revised for engines produced for the 1988 and 1989 model years. The new torque specification for the plenum/runner bolts is 34.0 N.m (25 ft.lbs.).
Please reflect this change in the following service manuals for future reference.
