General Motors has determined that some early built 1988 Chevrolet Celebrity models may exhibit an interference type noise on the radio during tape player operation with the windshield wipers operating. This condition is due to an improper ground path.
To correct this condition the radio ground connection will be relocated from the chassis to the "G" cavity of the power connector.
