Model and Year: 1985 FULL SIZE CHEVROLET MODELS EQUIPPED WITH SEO 9C1 (POLICE PACKAGE) AND (SPECIAL HANDLING SUSPENSION) SEO 7B3 AND ASSEMBLED AT WILMINGTON ONLY

General Motors has determined that some 1985 Full Size Chevrolet models equipped with SEO 9C1 (Police Package) and (Special Handling Suspension) SEO 7B3 may have been assembled with standard front and rear springs rather than the heavy duty springs that were ordered. As a result, accelerated suspension deterioration can occur.

To correct this condition the front and rear springs will be inspected and when required, replaced on all involved vehicles.
