CHART C-2A, SSC WITH A/C AND AUTO. TRANS.

1. This is a system functional check. The system uses a timer to activate system for 10 seconds after start-up. Diaphragm must observed before the 10 seconds to determine if timer is functioning.
2. Checks both the SSC diaphragm and timing retard portions of system.
3. Checks for 12V signal to solenoid
4. Checks solenoid ground wire and connection.
5. Checks continuity from vacuum switch solenoid to Fast Idle Relay (terminal C)
6. Should have manifold full vacuum present with engine running
7. Checks vacuum advance mechanism in distributor.
