Chevrolet Dealer Service Bulletin 84-272-3B is being reissued to change the labor times listed in the claim Information section along with changes to steps 9, 11 and 12 on the reimbursement instructions. All copies of 84-272-3B dated January, 1988 should be destroyed.
General Motors has determined that some 1982-84 Chevrolet Celebrity, Cavalier and Citation models equipped with power steering may exhibit a temporary reduction of power steering assist when the vehicle is started cold. After a short period of engine operation, full assist is restored.
