The torque specification for all model year Cavalier tie rod adjuster clamp bolts has been changed from previous Cavalier Service Manual specification.

Anytime that a toe-in adjustment or other service is performed which requires retightening of the tie rod adjuster clamp bolts, the bolts must be retightened to 55 N-m (41 ft.lbs.).
