Some 1983 Citations with 2.5L engine, automatic transmission, and a one board design ECM* may experience a rough idle when the engine is cold.
This condition may be corrected by installing a new PROM, P/N 1226725.
*NOTICE: A one board design ECM may be identified by disconnecting the ECM wiring connector and looking inside the ECM. Only one circuit board will be present, as opposed to two circuit boards used in earlier designs.
