Without Air Conditioning

Camaro

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and drain cooling system.
2. Remove right lower hush panel and instrument panel trim panel.
3. Remove ESC module, if equipped.
4. Remove lower right instrument panel carrier to cowl screw.
5. Remove heater case cover attaching screws and cover. To gain access to the upper left screw, position a long 3/8 inch socket extension through the opening exposed by removal of the trim panel. Carefully lift lower right corner of instrument panel to align socket extension.
6. Remove support plate and baffle screws, then heater core, support plate and baffle from case.
