Fuel Tank Filler Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the left fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement - Left Side (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the fuel fill hose (1) from the fuel tank.
3. Cap the open end of the fuel tank.

Installation Procedure




1. Uncap the opening on the fuel tank.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the fuel fill hose (1) to the fuel tank and tighten clamp to 3.5 Nm (31 lb in).
3. Install the left fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement - Right Side (Service and Repair).
