Radio Speaker Amplifier Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the cover from the instrument panel (I/P) electrical center.




2. Remove the 4 amplifier retaining screws from the electrical multi-use bracket.
3. Remove the amplifier from the bracket.
4. Disconnect the electrical leads to the amplifier.

Installation Procedure

1. Position the amplifier to the electrical multi-use bracket and connect the electrical leads to the amplifier.
2. Install the amplifier to the bracket.





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the 4 amplifier retaining screws to the bracket and tighten to 2.5 Nm (22 lb in).
4. Install the cover to the I/P electrical center.
5. Refer to Control Module References (Programming and Relearning) for programming and setup information.
