Fuel Tank Filler Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Loosen the fuel fill hose clamp (1) at the fuel tank.
3. Remove the fuel fill hose from the fuel tank.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the fuel fill hose to the fuel tank. Ensure that the notch (3) in the fill hose is aligned with the notch on the fuel tank.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Tighten the fuel fill hose clamp (1) at the fuel tank.

Tighten the fuel filler hose clamp to 4 Nm (35 lb in).

3. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Service and Repair).
