Temperature Valve Actuator Replacement - Right Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the I/P Compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement (Left Hand Drive) (Service and Repair)Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement (Right Hand Drive ) (Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators).
2. Remove the blower motor control module. Refer to Blower Motor Control Module Replacement (Blower Motor Control Module Replacement).




3. Remove the right air temperature actuator screws (1).




4. Remove the right air temperature actuator.
5. Disconnect the right air temperature actuator electrical connector.

Installation Procedure

1. Connect the right air temperature actuator electrical connector.




2. Install the right air temperature actuator.





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the right air temperature actuator screws (1) and tighten to 1 Nm (9 lb in).
4. Install the blower motor control module. Refer to Blower Motor Control Module Replacement (Blower Motor Control Module Replacement).
5. Install the I/P Compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement (Left Hand Drive) (Service and Repair)Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement (Right Hand Drive ) (Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators).
