Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.





2. Remove the stabilizer shaft link upper retaining nut.

Important: Hold the shaft link studs with the hex tool to prevent damage to the link seal.

3. Remove the stabilizer shaft link lower retaining nut.
4. Remove the stabilizer shaft link from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the stabilizer shaft link to the vehicle.

2. Install the stabilizer shaft link lower retaining nut.

Important: Do not tighten the nuts at this time.

Important: Hold the shaft link studs with the hex tool to prevent damage to the link seal.


3. Install the stabilizer shaft link upper retaining nut.
Tighten the nuts to 115 Nm (95 ft. lbs.).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Lower the vehicle.
