Cupholder Replacement - Front Floor Console

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the center console. Refer to Console Replacement - Front Floor (Removal and Replacement) .




2. Remove the front HVAC duct (1).
3. Remove the screws (2) securing the side impact brace.




4. Remove the screws (1) securing the center HVAC duct.




5. Remove the screws (1) securing the cupholder to the console.




6. Remove the screws (1) securing the cupholder to the top of the console.



Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the screws (1) securing the cupholder to the top of the console.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).





2. Install the screws (1) securing the cupholder to the console.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).





3. Install the screws (1) securing the center HVAC duct.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).





4. Install the front HVAC duct (1).
5. Install the screws (2) securing the side impact brace.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

6. Install the center console. Refer to Console Replacement - Front Floor (Removal and Replacement) .
