Clutch Concentric Actuator Cylinder Replacement (CTS)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the transmission.
2. Remove the concentric actuator cylinder quick connect bolt (5).
3. Remove the 3 concentric actuator cylinder bolts (1).
4. Remove the concentric actuator cylinder (2).
5. Remove the O-ring (3).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the O-ring (3).
2. Install the concentric actuator cylinder (2).

3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the 3 concentric actuator cylinder bolts (1) and the quick connect bolt (5).

Tighten the 3 concentric actuator cylinder bolts (1) to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).

Tighten the quick connect bolt (5) to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).

4. Install the transmission.
