DTC P0400 Set (Install Flash Calibration)

Models:
1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Limousines
with 5.7L Engine (VIN P - RPO LT1) and 4L60-E Transmission
with RPO Options V4U and B9Q

Condition

Some vehicles with Limousine stretch packages may set a DTC P0400.

Cause

The stretch Limousine package has a less restrictive exhaust system. The exhaust system causes the exhaust back pressure values to be slightly lower
which effects the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) calibration.

Correction





Install Flash Calibration listed.
