Knock Sensor: Locations

Lower Left Side Of Engine:

Lower Right Side Of Engine:

LOCATION
The knock sensors are located on either side of the lower engine block (see images).

NOTE: The knock sensors are mounted in the engine block cooling passage. Engine coolant in the block will drain when the knock sensor is removed.
