REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Drain coolant to a level below the thermostat housing.
2. Front end beauty panel.
3. Air cleaner.
4. Thermostat housing mounting bolts, then the housing.
5. Thermostat and O-ring from housing.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Thermostat and new O-ring.
2. Thermostat housing and tighten bolts to 9.5 Nm (84 in lbs).
3. Air cleaner.
4. Front end beauty panel.
5. Fill coolant level.
